Photos from San Diego Comic Con!

As slow as the start to this year’s Comic-Con International, I’m happy to say that I once again achieved a personal record in sales due to a fantastic Sunday and my phenomenal repeat customers. We took 50 commissions (86 subjects), of which I still have 11 (20 subjects) to draw this week, now that I’m back from a “Disney siesta”. I also was happy to have sold more copies of There’s a Zombie in the Basement than last year — 25 — and few copies of Regret as well. I will be signing and sketching up all of the books first (unless there was an accompanying caricature to go out with it), and I hope to mail those out by week’s end.

Here is a gallery of photos from SDCC and some of my completed drawings:

Oddly, in spite of the fact that I removed my “Ponies vs. Zombies” banner from the table, we were able to do nearly as many ponies as we did zombies, which is unprecedented outside of MLP or Anime conventions for me.

I will continue to update this as I finish blocks of drawings, so stay tuned! I will try to change the preview image on my home page every time I add drawings.
