Thanks to all of my fans who came to San Diego Comic Con this past week. 47 of you commissioned zombie or pony caricatures from me. I drew feverishly for five days, drawing 73 of you into 50 drawings. These will be the start of my gallery. I have another 3 drawings to do, which I will start on this weekend. If I already finished your drawing, but we couldn’t connect to get it to you at the con, or if I’m still drawing them, expect it in the mail early next week when I send them out. I will post batches of drawings here as I finish them, so keep an eye on this post to see if your drawings have been done yet and are on the way to you soon. I’m also excited to say I sold 27 copies of There’s a Zombie in the Basement at SDCC! If you were one of the lucky ones to get a copy, please drop me a review on Amazon! If not, you can now finally have a “Look Inside” of my book on the Amazon page and still get a signed copy or watch the official book trailer at my project page.
In other news, this Friday-Sunday, you can find me at the Denver County Fair, drawing zombie and pony caricatures and signing copies of There’s a Zombie in the Basement in the Geek Pavilion. My 6-year-old son and I were running a bit behind on putting together his third book for the Denver Comic Con, but he’ll be signing and sketching up 20 of his newest book, “Zombie at the Zoo” Saturday morning at my booth from 10 am – noon.
